Refund, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date are non-refundable. In such cases, S&G Global Solutions may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit that may only be applied toward the next available scheduled course session.

  

COURSE TRANSFERS

Requests to transfer to another course date must be submitted more than 15 days prior to the course start date and will be processed at no additional cost. Transfer requests made within 15 days of the course start date will incur a $100 administrative fee.

                                                                                     

 ONLINE COMPONENT EXAM

The online component exam is part of the course completion requirements. If a student does not successfully pass the online component exam, S&G Global Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to retain the course fee as a non-refundable credit that may only be applied toward the next available scheduled course session.

  

EXAMS & RETAKES

Retake examinations are subject to a $100 fee per attempt, up to the maximum number of attempts permitted by the applicable certification or approval body.

  

CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENTS

Replacement certificates are available upon request for a $50 administrative fee.

  

NO-SHOW / FAILURE TO ATTEND

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written notice will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit or rescheduling. The full course fee will be retained by S&G Global Solutions.

  

POLICY ACCEPTANCE / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing payment and/or registering for a course with S&G Global Solutions, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Training Policies. This agreement is considered binding upon registration confirmation.
